Service Description: Help for people living with dementia, their families, caregivers and communities to recognize the risk of going missing, be prepared for incidents of going missing, and ensure that people with dementia can live safely in the community

Offers a number of resources to help caregivers and people living with dementia to have a plan in case of a missing person incident. If a person becomes lost or goes missing, the Identification Kit ensures that the caregiver/family have important information on hand for police or first responders. Finding Your Way also has checklists that outline the steps to be followed if someone living with dementia does go missing
