Service Description:	Functions as the governing office for the community; oversees all community programs, services and facilities Activities and services for community members also include but are not limited to the following: Child and Family Services workers on-reserve provided through Anishinaabe Abinooji Family Services in Kenora Hospital and additional ambulance services available at Lake of the Woods District Hospital in Kenora Ontario First Nation Policing arrangements through Treaty #3 Police; call 1-888-310-1122 for police services to be dispatched to reserve, or Kenora South Sub-Division, ph: 807-274-1565, fx: 807-274-1568 Dedicated to practising cultural and spiritual Anishinaabe traditions and way of life with half of community members speaking Ojibway language Supports several local businesses including Wiisinin Cafe, White's Store and a Canada Post office Community members conduct most business affairs in Kenora Provides the Mino' Giizhigad Elder's Complex for senior community members Offers community emergency medical services through ambulance and paramedics Provides a youth and elder's cultural camp at Black River Publishes a community magazine called Naotkamegwanning Mazina'igan Serves as home for the Whitefish Bay singers, a cultural drum group established in 1970 who travel across the country and in Europe and have 15 recorded albums Provides child care at Sabatise Vision Child Care Centre Administers education services and Baibombeh Anishinabe School at the Naotkamegwanning Northwest Angle Education Authority office Offers an Aboriginal Headstart Program Offers health care and health programs through Netaawgonebiik Health Services and the Netaawgonebiik Community Clinic Provides a Women's Emergency Shelter for abused women and their children from the Treaty 3 territory Services and Programs: Aboriginal Head Start Building - Aboriginal Head Start Program Aboriginal Head Start Building - Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program Aboriginal Head Start Building - Healthy Babies Healthy Children Extended Health Benefits Housing Department Ontario Works Operations and Maintenance Netaawgonebiik Health Services - Health Centre Women's Shelter
