Service Description:	Offers counselling services to youth struggling with solvent abuse Maintains on-going files of solvent abuse cases Operates a nightly youth patrol in the community Provides referrals to in-community treatment at the Minosaywin Island Treatment Centre Provides referrals to treatment programs and residential facilities outside the community
