Service Description:	Responsible for processing Non-Insured Health Service claims for community and Band members Submits medical appointment travel, mileage, meal and accommodation requests on behalf of individual Assists with making travel arrangements Maintains client documentation, receipts and related information

Application:	All applications must be submitted at least one week prior to scheduled appointment, but preferably 2 weeks prior Exceptions are made for emergencies
Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Members of Muskrat Dam First Nation living on the reserve and requiring assistance with Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) arrangements
