Service Description:	B.O.O.S.T. is for individuals living with stroke and other neurological disorders Program highlights: holistic, therapeutic, recreational, passive and active programming social interaction and engagement nutritious meals caregiver respite on-site therapeutic sensory room medication assistance support, case management, and education for those recovering from a stroke health promotion and disease prevention through daily seated exercise access to foot care clinic and rehabilitation program
