Service Description:	Offers culturally relevant supports and programs focused on improving the health of mothers and their infants Provides individual and group counselling Offers pre/post natal classes Provides baby food and prenatal vitamins Provides education and information sessions about good parenting skills and lifestyle issues affecting the health of an infant such as smoking, alcohol and family violence Offers referrals to other services and counselling Breastfeeding Support Offers one on one support Provides education on healthy living including effects of substances Loans out breast pump Offers smoking cessation support for moms and dads
