Service Description:	Offers programs and services for the mental and physical health care needs of the community members Provides a resource and link to community services for both inpatients and outpatients Social Work Provides support to patients in the area of psychosocial difficulties Sees patients through referral from physicians or the multidisciplinary team Provides support to families dealing with the crisis of an ill loved one Staff can access assistance from Social Work through a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) program
