Service Description:	Community-based diabetes education centre offering supports for people living with pre-diabetes or diabetes Offers public presentations regarding type 2 diabetes prevention Offers outreach clinics located in Emo and Rainy River Provides services through individual education sessions and health promotion activities Partners with other organizations to provide the Healthy Food Box program Health promotion activities may include: Community screening Cooking classes Exercise programs Foot care workshops Grocery tours Health fairs Health promotion activities provided: Media events Presentations to health care providers Presentations to the public School Programs/Visits Student placement
