Service Description: 26-bed long term care facility offering a variety of programs, services and amenities
Coordinates and delivers the following programs to residents:
  • Community special events
  • Facility tours
  • Guest speakers
  • Immunizations for influenza and pneumonia
  • Memorial services
  • Pet visitation and therapy
  • Volunteer appreciation events
  • Voting day polling station
Provides residents with the following services:
  • 24-hour nursing care and supervision
  • 24-hour on call physician
  • Foot care
  • Hairdressing and barber services
  • Laundry services
  • Meals and snacks
  • Medical devices and equipment
  • Medication administration
  • Palliative care (end-of-life care)
  • Physician visit
  • Postal service
  • Social work services and family services coordinator
  • Spiritual programs and pastoral care
  • Supplies and equipment for personal hygiene and grooming
  • Various recreational programs and social events
Provides the following amenities:
  • Air-conditioning
  • Common dining room
  • Common television room
  • Private and semi-private rooms with 2-piece washroom (toilet and sink)
  • Shared shower and bathing room
  • Secure building units
  • Secure units
  • Sunroom
Fees: Rates set by the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care * subsidies for basic rates may be available for eligible applicants * some programs/services may require additional fees

Must have a valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) card
Must have health care needs that cannot be met with any combination of caregiving, care in your home or care in your community and
