Service Description: Assistance to seniors and people with disabilities, including cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, escorting to appointments, dining programs in various locations, and social and recreational programs
 
Congregate Dining Hot and nutritious meal including juice, bread, soup, entree, dessert, tea, and coffee. * professionally-trained cooks
 
Friendly Visiting Regular volunteer visits to older adults and people with disabilities, who live alone * provide emotional support and decrease isolation. Virtual, email, texting options provided. 
 
Home Help and Homemaking Assist seniors and people with disabilities in their home * services include light cleaning, laundry, errands, shopping, and meal preparation * service is offered daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or seasonally
 
Medical Escort Escort to medical appointment
 
Personal Care Support Personal care support for seniors and people with disabilities, including bathing, changing, feeding, meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders, light exercising, and escort to medical appointments
 
Respite Temporary relief for caregivers of people with complex medical conditions
 
Safety or Telephone Assurance Check Regular phone calls to check on the health and safety of older adults and people with disabilities who live alone
