Service Description:	Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults with Alzheimer's Disease of related dementias in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care meals medication monitor Service for an additional fee: hair care - currently on HOLD foot care (every 6 weeks) - currently on HOLD Services and Programs: Bereavement Support Group Caregiver Support Groups
