First Link Learning Series - Provides education and information to people newly diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias and family members through the First Steps program

First Link One-on-one counseling and group supports for caregivers, including family and friends

Minds in Motion™ Program for people living with early to mid-stage Alzheimer's disease or other dementias and their care partners * provides physical activity and brain stimulation * offered for 2 hours a week in 8 week sessions * available in St Marys, Stratford, and Listowel
