Service Description: Support programs and services for people living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and their care partners and families.

Programs include:
  • Counselling, system navigation and support groups
  • Client education
  • Therapeutic recreation: group and in-home
  • Public education and awareness
  • Dementia friendly communities training

Fees: no cost to clients
Application: Call* no referral required. People living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), their caregivers and the general public
