Residential Care:
  • 24 hour nursing and personal support
  • homelike environment with 10 private rooms
  • comprehensive pain and symptom management
  • supportive care

Grief Services:
  • emotional, social and spiritual support to individuals facing death and dying and their families
  • one-on-one grief sessions
  • grief support groups

Supportive Care:
  • connecting residents with faith leaders
  • support for spiritual/religious rituals
  • support for issues regarding death and loss


Shared Care Services:

  • Connect program links to Palliative Care Algoma services
  • Advance Care Planning (ACP) services
  • ACP Champion for Algoma housed within this program
