128 bed long-term care home * residential care for basic and private rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * dementia care

bedding and furniture
laundry and housekeeping
meals
personal hygiene supplies
medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
assistance with medication and activities of daily living
recreation and social programs to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual needs of residents
