Service Description:	200 bed long-term care home (1 respite bed) * eight houses of 25 residents each * residential care for 118 private rooms and 24 basic rooms (2 beds per room) * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * 25 bed resident home area offering security to residents who wander bedding and furniture laundry and housekeeping meals personal hygiene supplies medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies) assistance with medication and activities of daily living social, recreational and therapeutic programs Additional services and facilities: Milton Place Adult Day Program for the community Friend's Landing Adult Day Program for community based cognitively-impaired adults routine care by health care aides (help with eating, dressing, bathing, walking) levels of care include light, medium and heavy private and shared bathrooms occupational therapy or physiotherapy chaplaincy/spiritual support available for residents special diets emergency medical services (EMS) stations on-site tuck shop bar charges hairdressing/barber services (fees apply) specialized services such as dentist, foot care (fees apply) special outings (additional fees)
