Deborah's Home: Clients must be age 16 or older, qualify for rent subsidy, require a wheelchair accessible living environment and be physically disabled Attendant Outreach: Persons with a physical disability age 16 or older * has a valid OHIP card * has the ability to direct their own personal support and homemaking services * residents of Halton (including Burlington) |
